I am Muhammad Mega Nugraha, a final-year Informatics student at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur, a Distinction Graduate from Bangkit Academy's Cloud Computing cohort, and a fullstack developer who spends an unhealthy amount of time thinking about zero-egress architectures and Linux system administration.

I specialize in backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, and building things that don't crash when you look at them wrong.

What I Do

Currently, I work as a Lead Fullstack Developer at PT Solusi Arsip Indonesia, where I orchestrated the migration from legacy server-side rendering to a modern SPA using Laravel, React, and Inertia.js. I also manage end-to-end cloud deployments, provisioning VPS infrastructure and configuring automated pipelines because I refuse to deploy code manually.

Before that, I handled fullstack and DevOps at PT Kamil Maju Persada, digitizing internal business workflows and making sure our Linux servers didn't catch fire.

Notable Side-Quests

When I am not fighting with GTK widgets or rewriting this blog in increasingly obscure tech stacks, I build things like:

  • Distilled Reasoning Models: My ongoing undergraduate thesis. I engineered a Python training pipeline for massive datasets and managed remote A100/H100 compute clusters to distill Llama-3.2-3B into an artifact that can run complex logic chains on edge-class hardware.
  • KMP S3 Backup Browser: An internal tool built to stream and diff large .dmp files directly from DigitalOcean Spaces into a browser-based Monaco Editor. I locked it behind a Cloudflare Access Tunnel to achieve Zero-Trust security and keep everyone away from core server SSH access.
  • Kelurahan Kemayoran Digital Portal: A highly available web portal built under a strict Rp 0/month budget constraint. I paired Next.js (SSG) with Firebase and engineered a custom microservice using Cloudflare R2 to achieve zero-egress-fee image hosting.
  • Bin Detective: A robust Express.js backend API deployed on Google Cloud Run using Docker, complete with GitHub Actions CI/CD to ensure auto-scaling reliability.

The Tech

I write in JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js, React, Express), Python (FastAPI, PyTorch, HuggingFace), and PHP (Laravel). I deploy using Docker, GCP, and GitHub Actions. I administrate Arch Linux and Ubuntu, write shell scripts to automate my life, and orchestrate databases across MySQL and Firebase.
